A graduate of EM Lyon, he began his career in 2000 as a financial markets analyst specializing in the healthcare sector at Bryan Garnier, then joined Kepler Cheuvreux in 2004 and Société Générale in 2005. In 2011, he was promoted to Head of ECM/M&A activities for the biotech/medtech sector at Société Générale. In 2021, he joined the investment firm EureKare as a Business Development Officer and Director. A year later, he co-founded EureKing, the first SPAC in the healthcare sector dedicated to bioproduction in France, and at the same time, he joined Financière de Courcelles as a Senior Advisor Healthcare. He joined Montpensier-Arbevel in 2023.
Isabelle has significant experience in seed capital. She has assessed and funded more than 40 companies across a wide range of sectors, including software publishing, bio-health, industry, and services.
She began her career at Arthur Andersen in Paris. Currently, Isabelle supports 20 companies, including Adthink Media, Terresens, Qoveo, and FX Solutions. She has also negotiated and completed 20 successful exits with capital gains, including two IPOs.
Isabelle is a Member of the Executive Board of KREAXI, Chairwoman of the Executive Board of RAC I, Deputy CEO of Rhône-Alpes Création II, and a member of the Investment Committee of RAC I, Rhône-Alpes Création II, and ARAC III.
Michel spent 15 years as a CFO of a major family office where he was responsible, among other, for running several development stage biotech companies. He holds an MBA from INSEAD.
